Our Board

Peter Haraszti, Chairman

Peter is the founder and CEO of TritonLife Group, Hungary's largest private healthcare provider. His goal with TritonLife was to consolidate the Hungarian private healthcare sector and establish a reliable healthcare provider nationwide.

 

He maintains his focus on developing the company, introducing new strategic ideas and financing growth. In 2023, the publication called ’TOP30 Most Influential Players in Private Healthcare’ listed him as one the most influential players in the domestic private healthcare sector.

 

He was also featured on the cover of Business Budapest Journal, sharing insights on industry trends and expansion plans. With over 8 years of experience leading change and innovation in healthcare, Peter aims to make a significant global impact in the field.

With a diverse career spanning roles in finance & Insurance management, various leadership positions, and entrepreneurship in marketing I have transitioned to founding a visionary group dedicated to revolutionizing global healthcare through strategic acquisitions.

 

My leadership is driven by a passion for transformative change and innovation in the healthcare sector, aimed at improving patient outcomes and operational efficiencies.

 

I bring over 5 years of experience in driving growth, operational excellence, and strategic leadership to deliver impactful results in healthcare.

Herbert Grigat, Industry Expert Director

With over 20 years in healthcare, Herbert is a proficient and respected leader with 

expertise in duty mapping, operational leadership, employee relations, medical marketing, and budgeting under PDGM. Technical proficiencies include Homecare Homebase, Consolo, Epic, DeVero, McKesson, Meditech and Brightree. 

 

Herbert brings a unique set of leadership and industry skills from his experience as a special forces member and sniper instructor in the German Military.

 

He has also managed up to 2,500 employees, received two awards for his contributions to healthcare, and served as Director of a 740-bed Catholic hospital in Moers, Germany.

Ted Davis, Accounting Director

Ted Davis, has amassed over 30 years of extensive experience in accounting and financial management. As a Certified Public Accountant since 1992, Ted has built and directed all aspects of firm operations, overseeing financial management, profit and loss (P&L) analysis, client accounting, and business development. 

 

He meticulously organizes and updates financial records, conducts detailed audits, and prepares insightful financial reports, driving informed decision-making and financial stability for clients. Ted fosters a strong work ethic through his effective budget management and development processes, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives. 

 

Additionally, Ted has a strong background in handling large real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, and the taxing of such transactions like-kind exchanges and reverse like-kind exchanges. He has been involved in some substantial real estate deals, amounting to over $300 million. Ted has also served as the Chief Financial Officer for several multi-million-dollar companies, further solidifying his expertise in financial management and strategic planning

Ivan Rojas Loynaz, Legal Director

A seasoned international attorney with over 13 years of experience leading legal departments. He is adept at managing a wide range of legal functions, including corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, ethics and compliance, employment law, litigation, fair competition, and crisis management.

Possesses strong business acumen with a proven track record across diverse industries such as healthcare, automotive, consumer goods, manufacturing, transportation, technology and telecommunications, and entertainment.

 

Renowned for providing strategic direction and leadership as a board member, contributing significantly to organizational growth and success.
